Lavender Tea

Hi everyone,

It's time for a new challenge over at the Polkadoodles Crafting Challenge we're Anything Goes so lets see you projects. https://polkadoodle.blogspot.co.uk/

The DT were tasked with adding ribbon or twine so here was my thought lets use the fabulous Lavender Tea Collection and guess whats on there?..... some fabby doo templates you can use to make all sorts of projects including a tea cup, teapot, seed packet and ...... wait for it... A  Lantern. So thats what I chose to use. All the papers and flowers are from the collection together with some die cut sprigs and flowers in the bubblelicious set such awesome craft dies from our Nikky.

Baby Boo Blankie Bear

Hello lovelies,
Today I'm sharing my Inspiration post for Scrappers Delights and I've chosen to use Baby Boo Blankie Bear. Just look at that teddy bear hat now thats what you call a hat. How cosy would that be maybe a touch heavy though!!

Did any of you have a blankie or even still got it? I had a doll called Sleepy who had a hard face then body and surrounding her head was all soft and pink like a teddy. She used to come everywhere with me. She had a little curl in the middle of her forehead until I decided to become a hairdresser and cute it off. One annoyed Mother!! And I left her in the caravan when we were on hols once and her cheeks and forehead got sun burnt. She was fab. Not that long ago that I got rid of her either so some other prospective hairdresser could have her!!

Hi everyone, this is the first time I've been able to post about this, but we lost our beautiful fur baby last week. Sammie was such a joy, he was just so cute and made us laugh every day.

Darling Buds - Dahlia

Darling Buds - Daffodil

Here again with another of those Darling buds from Polkadoodles.

I love this one well I love them all, right up my alley.
This lovely is Daffodil.

Daffodils are a springtime favorite in the garden. The sight of their bright petals delivers an instant dose of happiness. Warm weather is on its way. Before long, the whole garden bed will be a smorgasbord of colors and fragrances. For now, we welcome the arrival of one of the first plants to light up the garden, a yearly reminder that we’ve made it through the winter.

Coloured with prisma colour pencils and sorry got carried away with the cuteness and forgot to write the colours down. I coloured it on smooth paper to rather than one with texture just to try out something new. Not too bad a result but more tricky to layer as would liked to have deepened the sky but no paper tooth left.
