Hi everyone,

It's time for a new challenge over at the Polkadoodles Crafting Challenge we're Anything Goes so lets see your projects.

The DT were tasked with using flowers.
Well I'd been having a play about with my Brusho's and Pixie powders and made some backgrounds. So I decided to use some of Polkadoodles lovely flower stamps, these are from the Daisydays collection. I stamped and embossed them in black on my backgrounds then cut them out. I stamped the sentiment from the set onto kraft card and added some of the little bubbles from the set together with some frantage.

You can find the stamp collection here in the store

Tori the Dragon with heart cake

Hello crafty peeps,
Today I'm sharing a little bit of inspiration for my DT project over at Conie Fong using another of Conie's cute dragons Tori. Just want to hug him.

Dragons have never had a particular personality. This is unlike the unicorn, which is always known to be a majestic, peaceful creature. The dragon is sometimes regal and protective. Other times it’s deadly and destructive. In most cultures, the dragon is always rare. There are never very many of them and Conie's are just so cute.

You can find him and so many more  over in Conie's store

Build a snow scene

Hi crafty buddies,

My buddy Annabel ( Knitty Kitty Digi stamps awesome artist) and I spend a lovely crafty day together and we managed to achieve a card. Not one each LOL but this one between us. First time either of us had done a hidden slider card so we then decided to add a pop up element to it as well. Considering how long it took us to do it together and that some people are just obsessed with blinging things up we were well chuffed with our design.

Thankfully I'd coloured the little cuties up first ele we might still be at it!!!

We worked out that with time at minimum wage for each of us and materials etc we should be charging about £50 for it LOL!!! and its a bit heavy with all the layers and foam tape so we are going to take it in turns to give it to each other as goodness alone knows how much it would take to post!!!

So here it is using the Knitty Kitty Digi images from both the fabulous Build a Snow Scene Trios and

Outside - Kittiski is on a slider whizzing down the mountain!!

Liliana Mermaid

Today I'm sharing a little bit of inspiration for the Challenge over at Conie Fong's Facebook page.
This month our theme is Make it Green.

Would love to see your entries there to win some of Conie's great images

I love mermaids. With nearly three-quarters of the Earth covered by water, it's little wonder that, centuries ago, the oceans were believed to contain many mysterious creatures, including sea serpents and mermaids. Merfolk (mermaids and mermen) are, of course, only the marine version of half-human, half-animal legends that have captured human imagination for ages.
There are many legends about mermaids. One story claimed that a mermaid had entered Holland through a dyke, and was injured in the process. She was taken to a nearby lake and nursed back to health/ She eventually became a citizen of the town, learned to speak Dutch, performed household chores and converted to Catholicism. Wowsers. imaging living next door to a mermaid!!
