Celebrations 3 - I baked you a cake and Taking Off

Hi crafty friends,

HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all and hope you had a great Christmas and holidays. I'm back to the grind at work now, this time of year is always the worst for me going back to work for some reason find it harder than after a summer break. NO more chocolates either LOL!!
So don't we just need some crafty goodies to make us smile?

It doesn't seem like 5 minutes since I was telling you about the Little Monsters new release from Polkadoodles and here I am again to tell you about another. That Nikky Hall has been beavering away and has produced not just 1 but 3 new kits. Wowsers what a machine!! This time it's all about Celebrations. Perfect for this time of year when we've just celebrated the new year, Christmas and maybe some birthday's or anniversaries.

Here are my first two projects for you using Celebrations 3. I've used digi images, papers and sentiments from the collection together with some of those awesome new dies from Polkadoodles to.

You can find the download collection here at the store

You can find the dies here:

This one I Baked You a Cake. I coloured her with copic and cut her out using the Elegant nest die.
I added a tiered cake using a template I had and one of the lush papers from the collection. I decorated the cake using the flower dies from Bubblelicious frames and the super springs then cut out a sentiment and added one of the super papers which has cakes on it to.

This one is Taking Off. I coloured her with copics and fussy cut her out. I then used the Scenic Landscape and Fluffy clouds dies to create my scene and backed it with the cloud paper from the collection.
