Frosty the Snowman

Hi there crafters,

Its time for a new challenge over st the Polkadoodles Crafting Challenge, Anything Goes, so why
not show us some of your fabby creations, I know you've got them.
https://polkadoodle.blogspot.co.uk/

I've used Frosty the Snowman from the Winnie in Winterland big kahuna download collection together with papers from the collection to they are so lush... you can also get the image on its own to
http://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/winnie-winterland-big-kahuna-digital-craft-download-bundle/

In many places a typical snowman is made of three large snowballs of different sizes and there is a wide variety of styles to. They are accessorised with many things such as branches for arms, a smiley face which back in my day was made from coal and the obligatory carrot for a nose and of course he needs a hat and scarf to keep him warm.

Don't forget to sign up for the Polkadoodles News letter you can get discounts and special offers on a regular basis. Yipee Doo!! http://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/newsletter-1/

Flower Dress

Hello there everyone,

At last Julia Spiri is back from her break so we can bring you some beautiful new images from her so talented pencil and paintbrush. This new collection is Fantasy Dresses and I'm using the beautiful Flower Dress, how pretty is she?

You can find her right here at the store: https://www.etsy.com/listing/560441283/

I've coloured her with copics using RV55, 66 and 63 for the flowers and Y17, 15, and 13 for the main dress. I rather fancy one of these flower dresses, thinking it may be suitable for doing the hoovering
in??

Wynona Witch

Hi crafty buddies,

I've a spooktacular new release for you today from the lovely Conie Fong. There are 4 new images in total all based around this little cutie. I've chosen to use this little witch, well I ask you how scary is she !!??

You can find her and all the other new images right here at the store
https://www.etsy.com/shop/ConieFongArt?ref=hdr_shop_menu

Trick-or-treating harks back to the Middle Ages and All Souls’ Day, when poor people in Britain would beg for soul cakes, a sweet-bread treat, and pray for dead relatives in return. When trick-or-treating first became popular in the United States in the 1800s, more children played mischievous pranks than asked for candy. By the 1950s, though, the focus had switched to good old family fun, with sugar-hyped children dressed in costumes.

The candy-collecting tradition has spread from the United States to Canada, Australia, and Western Europe, where more and more little goblins now trick-or-treat.

I've used a set of dies from X cut to create my spooky trick or treat scene and some pumpkins from Sue Wilson.

Harley

Hello crafty peeps,

Time for a new challenge over at the Sheepski Facebook Group, Anything Goes with a Sheepski image. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1730005463906336/

I'm using the fabulous Harley, what an awesome name for this scooter chick to. Isn't she just fab? I've teamed her up with a great Stampendous background scene stamp to, I thought it was ideal.

Scooters always remind of that cult movie Quadrophenia, not sure if I would have been a MOD or a Rocker!! Like the jackets for them both!!

You can find her here at the store https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/525761586/harley-image-no-103?ref=shop_home_active_8

Winnie White Christmas - Reindeer Cracker and Snowglobe

Hello Polkadoodles fans,

I'm sharing the last of my makes for the  New Winter/Christmas release
Winnie White Christmas
You can find the big kahuna download right here at the store together with all the images, papers etc
http://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/winnie-white-christmas-big-kahuna-download-kit-digital-printables/

For my last 2 projects I've made a little Christmas Cracker using one of the lush papers and the so cute Winnie all dressed up as Rudolph, Oh my how cute it that, the nose is just so awesome makes you want to squidge it!! I coloured it with copics using E29, 35, 33, 34, 31 for the reindeer outfit and the node was R39, 35, 29, 24

AND for my final project until the up and coming Polkadoodles challenges is a snow globe with Winnie making a snowball. I covered the whole image when coloured with some sticky back glitter paper to. Wow that was scarey at least I didn't mess it up and have to start again. LOL I used flowers from the collection and recoloured them in My Craft Artist to match my image colouring and a sentiment from the word art in the collection to.
